Good Breakfast with a worm reception.

Most Uncomfortable with no Air Conditioning in the rooms.Between 10pm to 6am no Hotel staff at all, which causes great inconvenience to the tourists.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly, making me feel welcome during my stay. The location was convenient, with the Christmas Markets just a 25-minute walk away.

If I had to mention one thing that could make the breakfast better, it would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items.

Reserved non-smoking room, arrived late, no human being at check-in, got a key from check-in machine, opened the door... the room stinks of cigarette smoke, and no hotel personnel around to help change the room. Ultimate customer care.
